Beauty Sleep

I’m one of those people who has to get 8 hours of sleep a night. Anything less, I am a walking zombie. I am tired, grumpy and dark circles form underneath my eyes. I also noticed when I’m stressed and lacking in sleep, I start to break out. I just read an article that basically says that getting a good night’s sleep actually makes you look better. A full night’s sleep can reduce wrinkles in the face/neck, improve hair health and growth, maintain a healthy immune system and many more benefits.
